Shipping policy

Shipping costs to mainland UK addresses are included in the prices you see on the website. 

We send seed by First Class Royal Mail, and generally ship within 5 business days of receiving an order.

We send plants other than oxygenators by APC, and dispatch between April and October. If you order oxygenators on their own you will receive them via Royal Mail 24 hour service. We send these out from April to October too.

If you order baskets as part of a larger order we'll send them all out together. If on their own, we'll typically send these by Royal Mail.
