Delivery

Products are shipped by Royal Mail on a 24 hour tracked service or by APC. Larger orders may be sent on pallet. Typically plants are shipped between April and October. Lead time will vary according to pressure or orders and in the event of extreme weather.


Returns Policy

Effective Date: 4th August 2025

British Pond Plants is a trading name of Habitat Aid Ltd. ("HAL"). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good enough condition for resale.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We regret we are unable to accept returns of oxygenating plants.

3. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.


4. Replacements

We replace items if they are defective or damaged free of charge. If you need us to send a replacement item, contact us at info@habitataid.co.uk with your order number and photos.


5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
